HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “BUY NOW” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number either via your email or your mobile number.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your Personal information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. It will only be used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
 

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE IN SHIPPING?

Home Store PH offers Cash on Delivery service nationwide. This is in partnership with LBC, XPOST and NInjavan Ph.

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

Order delivery estimate.
  • Cash on delivery Metro Manila
    • 2-4 business days
  • Cash on delivery Non Metro Manila
    • 5-10 business days
Please take note that our cash on delivery service is handled by a third party courier. We do not hold or control the time of the delivery once it is on transit status.
 

I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you successfully used our checkout system, you should receive a confirmation in about 60 seconds after finishing the process. It’ll be send to the email address or mobile number you have provided upon checking out. However, the tracking code may take a bit of time since it takes 24-48 hours to encode it via 3rd party logistics.

DOES Home Store PH OFFERS RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

We accept refunds or returns within 30 days of purchase. Please send us the receipt or order number to  homestoreph2019@gmail.com.
We will refund or replace the item if the following conditions were met:
  • Item is not physically scratched and opened
  • Item was not damaged
  • Item has factory defect.
We will not refund or replace item that is opened and damaged.

WHY MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON THE GIVEN TIMEFRAME?

There are instances where the delivery time takes more than we stated, this is because of the following (but not limited to) reasons.
  • Incorrect Address. 
    • If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Illegible Shipping Label.
    • In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts.
    • Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts of failed delivery, it will be marked as undelivered then the package will be returned to us.

    Always make sure to complete your Address to ensure a successful delivery.
